| The outer walls enclosing the renovated Ateshgah, or Zoroastrian Fire Temple, in Baku's outer eastern suburbs of Surakhani. It originally dates from the 17th century, used as a Hindu, Sikh, and Zoroastrian place of worship, but was abandoned after 1883 when oil and gas plants were established in the vicinity. |
